Whether you are SELLING a home, BUYING a home, or BUILDING a home, We CAN DO A GREAT JOB FOR YOU. We have experienced REALTORS, and my professional training after graduating from college began as a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA"), working for one of the largest international public accounting firms, KPMG. (It's been over 25 years ago, BUT WAS a PRICELESS EXPERIENCE by teaching me to ask the right questions and back up my work with good details & support).
*While working as a CPA at KPMG, I received a great offer to go serve as Controller for a large, residential developer & homebuilder in the Kansas City metro area. That experience has turned out to be beneficial as well because after serving as Controller there, I was given the opportunity to supervise the construction of brand-new homes from the ground up. At the same time, I was also awarded the opportunity to oversee the new home sales in my area.
*These experiences provide a great depth of knowledge to draw upon, and we have gained the friendships of many residential construction experts to call upon, should we ever need an independent opinion to benefit our real estate clients.
*With over 25 years of experience & success in the real estate industry, we have been fortunate to have served a great group of previous clients (both buyers & sellers), earning their trust & referrals. Even after being involved in hundreds of transactions, we are still very passionate about our careers...STRIVING TO IMPROVE EVERY DAY.
*If you have a friend or family member that is looking to buy or sell a home ANYWHERE, PLEASE CALL US FIRST because we have the BEST Relocation Network in the WORLD. we can connect you with the right REALTOR even if you are buying or selling in an area other than the Kansas City area. Give us a call...we can talk more about the services we can provide.
