PENDING after 96 days. 🏡

Not every real estate story is easy, and I think that part deserves to be talked about too.

There is so much work, preparation, money, emotion, and hope that goes into putting a home on the market. Then sometimes the buyers in the market tell us something different than we expected. That does not always mean one simple fix or “just lower the price.” It means looking at the full picture, listening to feedback, watching the market closely, making thoughtful adjustments, and knowing when it is time to pivot.

For sellers, the waiting can feel incredibly heavy. Mortgage payments continue. Sometimes they are no longer even living in the home. Sometimes there is another move, purchase, or major life change depending on that sale.

That is the side of real estate people do not always see.

After 96 days, we made several strategic changes, including a price improvement, and 4 days later we were pending.

Having a knowledgeable agent matters most when things are not going perfectly. Someone who will keep working, keep communicating, keep adjusting, and keep fighting for the goal.

I am beyond excited for my clients on this one. This pending means a little extra. ❤️

This one feels extra special. My buyers are officially moved into their forever home after saying goodbye to the home where they raised their kids and built so many years of memories.

A move like this is so much more than buying a house. It’s closing one meaningful chapter and stepping into an entirely new one, and I’m so grateful I was able to help guide them through such a big and emotional transition.

🏡✨ CLOSED FOR MY FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS! 🔑

I started working with these buyers back in July of 2025, and they have worked SO hard to get to this moment. They busted their butts working toward their preapproval, stayed focused, and kept pushing forward. And now, all of that hard work has officially paid off! ❤️

I’m so incredibly happy for them and so grateful for the trust they placed in me throughout this journey. They are officially homeowners of a beautiful home that they worked so hard for!

And to make this closing even more special, I got to hand them their keys on my birthday. 🎂🔑🏡 I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday delivery!

Sometimes the right buyer isn’t the first buyer. 🏡✨

After our previous transaction fell apart, we were back on the market that day (Friday). Over the weekend the home was shown twice to the same buyers , we had an offer in hand by Tuesday, worked through negotiations, and today we’re officially pending! 🎉

The best part? We’re still on track to close on the exact same day we would have with the original buyer. 🙌

Buying and selling real estate comes with ups and downs, but that’s why strategy matters. The right pricing, marketing, negotiation, and persistence can make all the difference. Sometimes you just have to dust yourself off, keep moving forward, and trust the process. 💪
