Work-life balance? Still working on that. Work-tennis balance? Somehow I always figure that one out. 😂

☀️UNDER CONTRACT☀️

This one required a little patience! We were under contract, the buyers had to cancel, and we were back on the market, which always comes with its own set of challenges.

But here we are, back under contract with a quick closing ahead! So happy for my sellers, who have been patient through the ups and downs. Excited to get this one to the closing table!

✌🏼Just Sold ✌🏼

This dream home in College Park is officially SOLD and home to some new owners!!

This house was truly one of a kind and just so special. We listed, had multiple offers within a couple of days and went under contract quickly. That contract ended up falling through but we got it right back under contract and in the hands of the perfect buyers for this home.

Not every sale is perfectly smooth, so I’m really happy we were able to work through the bumps, keep things moving and get this one SOLD for my seller.

So happy for my seller and the new buyers who get to call this amazing place home!

✌🏼Just Sold ✌🏼

This one was extra special because I got to help some wonderful friends sell their home! We had a strong plan from the start, got the home show ready, pictures and marketing were on point, and we were under contract and closed quickly!

I feel really good about this one too because my sellers originally thought their home was worth much less than where I suggested we list it… and we got it done! Such a huge win for them! Congrats friends and thank you for trusting me to help!

Always extra special when I get to help a friend! My wonderful friend asked me to help list and sell her townhome in Winter Park, and I’m so grateful she trusted me to help get it sold!

Congrats friend!! So happy for you and thank you for trusting me!

If you only knew how many takes it took for me to throw this tennis ball just right for this shot 😂

New tennis season starts tomorrow with my team and cue the nerves of really not wanting to lose our first match back haha. I definitely still have that competitive side in me. It’s way more toned down than it was in my high school sports days 😂 but it’s definitely still there!

So you can find me on the courts tomorrow morning… also checking my phone between games to make sure I didn’t miss a client text!

✌🏼Just Sold ✌🏼

Okay, this one actually sold a few weeks ago and I’m a little late posting 😂 but nonetheless, I was SO happy to help a friend sell his first home!

This was such a great first home for him, and after a few years of making it his own, it was time to sell and figure out what’s next.

I love getting to be a part of these different chapters, especially when I get to do it for a friend.

Congrats on the sale and onto the next adventure!
