Our employee resource groups are creating new and engaging opportunities for our associates to learn, grow and connect with one another. With events like financial planning with PACT, a book club with HAAPI, a discussion about breast cancer with Women@Bozzuto and so much more, our ERGs are creating meaningful experiences for our teams. The unwavering passion of our ERGs fosters a sense of belonging at Bozzuto, and we are excited to see what programming they do next.

During National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the lives, legacies and accomplishments of the Hispanic and Latino communities. This month, our employee resource group VIDA hosted events across our markets and a moving discussion about resilience and empowerment. To round out the month, they are volunteering with a local food pantry to help provide food to our neighbors in need. Thank you, VIDA, for a month of connection, education and impact.

Beautiful weather, great coffee, and a perfect Saturday at the property.

I stopped by to catch up with Sean and Natalia and grabbed a delicious raspberry croissant & banana bread latte from .co.

At Avida we love bringing food and beverage trucks on-site—our residents get something delicious and convenient right outside their door, and we’re always happy to support amazing local vendors.

.co is one of our favorite repeat vendors, and it’s always a pleasure having them back.

It’s moments like these—great weather, familiar faces, and local favorites—that continue to make our community feel like home.

Cupid may have clocked out, but we kept the celebration going at Avida 💕

Who says Valentine’s Day has to be just one day? We had the sweets flowing, the hearts hanging, and the good vibes all around.
Residents stopped by to grab a treat, snap a pic, and enjoy a mid-week pick-me-up — just because.

Moments like this are what make our community feel like home. 🥰

There’s nothing better than neighbors coming together for a little Valentine’s fun.❤️🎨🍷

Our residents enjoyed a cozy evening filled with laughter, creativity, and great company at our Valentine’s Paint & Sip. Each neighbor received complimentary w**e glasses, heart-shaped sunglasses, a box of chocolates, and their own canvas to create a beautiful painting they could proudly take home.

From first brush strokes to final touches, the room was filled with smiles, conversation, and lots of fun. It’s moments like these that truly make our community feel like home — when neighbors slow down, share stories, encourage each other’s creativity, and turn an ordinary evening into a meaningful memory. It’s about more than just events; it’s about building connections, and fostering a place where everyone feels welcomed. 💕

Cheers to creativity, connection, and celebrating community!

Yesterday morning got a whole lot better!

We loved hosting husband-and-wife team Johnson Coffee Co. at Avida Apartments, and our residents showed up with big smiles and open wallets!☕️💸

Food & beverage trucks on property are always a hit, but having delicious coffee drinks and pastries onsite is by far our residents’ favorite way to start the day.

From the first sip to the last drop, Johnson Coffee Co. delivered the perfect morning pick-me-up. Thank you for fueling our community and making mornings at Avida extra special — we can’t wait to have you back again!
