New release out: RE/MAX Premier Properties has named Cameron Academy its exclusive education provider, and the full Florida licensing sequence now runs at the brokerage's Broadway office in Kissimmee.
Its broker-owner, Daisy Lopez-Cid, served as the 2018 national president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She chose the school whose educators built the first Spanish-language version of Florida's pre-license course, in one of the most heavily Hispanic counties in the state.
Osceola County added 90,588 residents between July 2020 and July 2025 — a 23.2% gain, second-fastest of Florida's 67 counties.
"Daisy's built something in Osceola County that her agents don't leave," Michael Cameron Sidawi says in the release. "Teaching in a room like that is different. A student can see what a career actually looks like from where they're sitting."
The release covers why every campus is built inside a working brokerage, what that room gives a first-generation licensee, and where the 63-hour course sits in the sequence.
