Just wrapped up the video for this rendering project for Kairo Real Estate. We always enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with Architectural Coalition! Attaching some of the still photos we also did and here is a link to the video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/7NgPOU2dk1Y

Our project made the paper in Jackson Hole, WY! The two interior renderings at the end of the photo reel are of the Work Force units (Affordable Housing) that they had a little concern about since they are on the lower level. They really are nice units!

There are A LOT of amazing homes in this years Parade of Homes. We are very grateful to have received 2 awards this year! Unfortunately, we were unable to attend the event, but feel very honored to be a part of such an amazing community!

Here's a home that we designed out in Kauai which was recently finished. It turned out amazing! Very tight setbacks to work with, and we had to use the exact angles that the lot had available in order to take advantage of the best footprint available to us. Hard to beat the views out there when you overlook a golf course, an archeological site, and the ocean! The client uses it as both a personal vacation spot and an AirBNB.

The Utah Valley Parade of Homes has been such a fun event! We're thrilled to have been able to collaborate with so many great builders. Skyline Homes was one of those builders. Here's a quick video showcasing the home we designed with them. (Home #21 in Mapleton)
