Prior to earning my real estate license, my husband and I owned and managed a top-rated campground for over 25 years. Originally from Bloomsburg, PA, I moved to New Tripoli in the 1980s and immediately fell in love with the area. The beautiful Lehigh Valley countryside offers a true sense of community and an excellent school district that each of my four children have attended. When I am not helping clients with their real estate goals and dreams, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, crafts, and gardening.

September Lehigh Valley Market Update

Good news for buyers! Housing inventory continues to improve, with 10.8% more homes available compared to last September. While buyers have more options, the Lehigh Valley remains a competitive market.

Median Sales Price: $375,000 (+6.8%)
Closed Sales: 580 (-6.1%)
Available Homes: 963 (+10.8%)
Average Days on Market: 20 days
Homes Sold for: 100.8% of asking price

With just 1.8 months of inventory, sellers continue to hold a strong position, but buyers are gaining a little more breathing room.

August Lehigh Valley Market Update

Inventory is moving in the right direction! August brought 8.2% more homes for sale in Lehigh & Northampton counties compared with last year, giving buyers a few more options.

Median Sales Price: $379,000
Closed Sales: 632, up 3.2%
Average Days on Market: 19 days
Homes received an average of 101.1% of list price

Even with inventory improving, the Lehigh Valley remains a competitive market with just 1.7 months of available inventory.
