When Emergencies Happen, Asking the Right Questions Makes All the Difference!

Our panel of industry experts shared valuable insights on navigating property emergencies, managing the restoration process, and the importance of communication between property managers and restoration professionals.
One of the biggest takeaways? Knowing the right questions to ask is a shared responsibility. While property managers should be prepared to ask important questions during an emergency, restoration service providers also have a responsibility to ask the right questions, especially when working with less experienced managers who may be navigating a building emergency for the first time.
A successful restoration starts with clear communication, collaboration, and making sure everyone has the information they need to make informed decisions.
