If buying your first home feels overwhelming, you’re definitely not the only one. 🏡
One of the biggest things I’ve learned working with first-time buyers is that most people think they need to have everything figured out before they ever talk to a Realtor or lender, and you really don’t.
You don’t necessarily need 20% down, and depending on your situation, there may be loan programs or assistance available that you didn’t even know about.
Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation and figuring out:
• What could I realistically afford?
• How much would I need to save?
• What would my monthly payment look like?
• Is there anything I need to work on before I’m ready?
And if you’re not ready today, that’s okay. Having a plan for 6 months from now is still a great place to start.
If buying your first home is somewhere on your radar, even if you’re just curious, I’m always happy to help you figure out what that first step looks like. 🏡
