Big news out of SUNY Oneonta — and one more reason Spruce Street is where you want to be. 🎓

Niche just named SUNY Oneonta No. 9 on its 2027 "Best College Campuses in New York" list — the ONLY SUNY school to make the ranking. The list looks at campus resources across classrooms, labs, housing, food, and recreation, using U.S. Department of Education data and real student reviews.

Oneonta also landed:

No. 3 — Best Colleges for Education in NY
No. 11 — Best Student Life in NY
No. 23 — Best Colleges for Communications in NY

And when it comes to off-campus living, Spruce Street is top of the class. 🏡 Fully furnished, all utilities included, Matterport virtual tours, and minutes from campus — the premier off-campus housing in Oneonta.

A top-ranked campus deserves top-tier housing. Now booking for 2028–2029.

SUNY Oneonta SUNY Delhi - Just signed your lease at Spruce? Now go enjoy a great meal at The Latte Lounge!

I stopped in the other day for breakfast and had the egg omelette with grilled chicken and toast — absolutely delicious. Great food, friendly staff, and a great local spot in Oneonta. If you’re in the area visiting your son or daughter or a student hungry between classes - check them out!
