Nothing makes me happier than a good taco spot, great company and helping someone find a place to call their own.

Whether we're debating who has the best tacos in Omaha or touring houses until we find THE one, I'm always up for both.

And if we can celebrate closing day with tacos and margaritas? Even better. 😉🍹

Just because you CAN afford the house doesn’t mean you SHOULD buy it. 🏡👀

Being able to qualify for a mortgage and being comfortable with the monthly payment are two very different things.

I always tell my buyers to think beyond the price tag. What about vacations, savings, hobbies, unexpected expenses and actually enjoying life outside of your home?

The goal isn't to buy the most expensive house you can afford. It's to find a home that fits your lifestyle AND your budget.

Because being house-poor? That's one trend we're not following. 😉🔑

A little time away from Omaha, but a whole lot of inspiration to bring back! ✈️✨

Attending EXPCON was such a great reminder of why I love what I do. From learning new strategies and hearing fresh perspectives to connecting with other agents who are just as passionate about real estate, it was an experience that left me feeling motivated and inspired.

Real estate is constantly evolving, and I never want to stop learning, growing and finding new ways to better serve my clients.

Grateful for the connections, the conversations and the opportunity to bring everything I learned back home to Omaha! 🏡❤️
