🎃 With Halloween tomorrow, I’m feeling a little nostalgic looking back at pictures of my boys in all their costumes over the years. 🥹❤️

I’d give anything for one more Halloween with those little boys… sticky fingers, sugar highs, ridiculous costumes and all!

One minute you’re dressing them up and hauling them around the neighborhood, and the next they’re grown and you’re wondering where the heck the time went! ❤️

Anyone else miss those days? Or are you just happy you don’t have to walk 10 miles for a miniature Snickers anymore? 😂🍫

YOUR DREAM HOME DOESN’T HAVE TO CHECK EVERY BOX!

We all have that dream-home wish list…

✔️ Gorgeous kitchen
✔️ Huge walk-in closet
✔️ Perfect backyard
✔️ Three-car garage
✔️ Great location
✔️ And of course… UNDER budget! 😂

But after 18+ years in real estate, I’ve learned that the happiest homeowners aren’t always the ones with the fanciest houses. They’re the ones who love where they live! 💙

Think about it…

You can change the countertops. You can update the floors. You can even knock down a wall. But you can’t pick up a house and move it to a better location!

The right neighborhood, great neighbors, a shorter commute, and being close to the people and places you love can make a much bigger difference in your everyday happiness than a picture-perfect kitchen.

Sometimes the BEST home isn’t the one that checks every box. It’s the one that checks the boxes that matter most to your family and your lifestyle.

Sometimes the perfect house isn’t the perfect place to call HOME. 💙

We nailed this deal at 19009 Hammer Lane! 🔨🏡💙

This closing is extra special because I got to help my sweet childhood friend and her daughter with their next chapter.

I’m so happy they’re starting a new season closer to family, but I sure will miss knowing my friend was just a short drive away. There’s something comforting about having someone nearby who’s known you since you were teenagers.

Thank you for trusting me with such a big move. Love you both—and now we have a new place to visit! 💙
