So happy for my client James! We officially closed on this Midlothian property! Within a couple hours online, we had a full price CASH offer! However, buyer had cold feet and pulled out!

We put it back on the market and within 2 days we received 2 conventional offers $10,000 ABOVE asking! Buyer kept postponing the closing but we finally made it to the finish line!

James was amazing through this whole process so from the bottom of my heart… Thank you for trusting in me to sell your house and most importantly….Thank you for your service! 🇺🇸 🫡
