The phonetic (rood) meaning of my name may not be polite but I am! Having a family history of 60+ years in the Seattle real estate market lead to my great desire to continue the tradition of working in real estate. Being a native “Seattleite" and raised on Mercer Island, my knowledge of the Puget Sound area made it even more inevitable that I become a professional in the real estate arena. While obtaining my Bachelor‘s degree and a business minor at Seattle Pacific University, I managed my family’s real estate investments. I obtained my license in 1994 and have been an active full time selling agent ever since. The Pacific Northwest is (in my opinion), one of the most beautiful places to live in our country. We're surrounded by fresh air, clean water, and are fortunate enough to have the gorgeous Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges on either side of us, and stunning Mount Rainier to the south. The mountains give us magnificent views and make for beautiful sunsets from wherever we happen to be in the region. Enjoy sailing, hiking, rock climbing, camping, biking, running, skiing, etc.!
