One of my favorite parts of real estate probably isn’t what you’d expect.

It’s the people.

This career has introduced me to some of the kindest, funniest, strongest, and most genuine people I never would have met otherwise. Every client has a story, and somehow, for a little while, I get to be part of it.

I don’t take that lightly.

To everyone who has trusted me, cheered me on, referred me, or simply crossed paths with me along the way—thank you. I’m incredibly grateful our paths have crossed, and I truly believe my life is a little richer because of each of you. 🤍

Outdoor fireplaces: where marshmallows disappear, stories get longer, and “just one more minute outside” turns into hours. 🔥

One of the most-loved features buyers look for is outdoor living space that feels like an extension of the home—and a cozy fireplace can make a backyard feel like a year-round retreat.

If you’re dreaming of a home with the perfect spot for fireside evenings, let’s find it. 🏡

🏊‍♀️ Pool Season is Here! Is Your Home Ready? ☀️

With summer officially kicking off, pools across Hampton Roads are opening and backyard pool days are about to become a regular part of the week. Whether you have a pool or you’re dreaming of one, now is a great time to think about how outdoor features impact your home’s value and appeal.

A few things homeowners may not realize:
✔️ A well-maintained pool can be a major selling point for the right buyer.
✔️ Outdoor living spaces often matter just as much as indoor updates during the summer months.
✔️ Simple improvements like fresh landscaping, pressure washing, and outdoor seating can make a big difference in how your home shows.

Thinking about buying? Summer is one of the best times to see how a home and neighborhood really function—from outdoor amenities to community pools and gathering spaces.

Whether you’re planning a move this year or just curious what buyers are looking for in today’s market, I’m always happy to be a resource.

Enjoy the sunshine, stay cool, and make the most of pool season! 🏖️🏡

Question: If you could add one backyard feature this summer, would it be a pool, outdoor kitchen, covered patio, or fire pit? 👇
