I am so glad to have had the opportunity to assist Delilah and Sequan on the purchase of their very first home. This dream was a long time coming and I could not be more excited for them. Almost 14k in closing cost and they walked away with money at closing!!! These two Bought a house for $861 yall!!!

Delilah served her country and then utilized her VA loan benefits to secure homeownership for her cute little family. This whole journey was so much of a family affair. It is evident of the love and support that overflows from their village.

Happy 12th birthday to my handsome, smart, kind, protective, sweet, athletic, and talented son. My son is the epitome of unconditional love from a son to his mom in all forms. You are my favorite singing partner and you never miss a day to say “love you mom”…even in the days I p**s him off the most 🤣…In a minute I’m going to look up and he will be taller than me.

For context: I am 5’6 and my husband is 6 ft and well you see where Jayden is in terms of both our heights.
