Before we ever break ground on a custom home, there's usually a couple of years of work nobody ever sees.
Take Grand Oaks, the waterfront home we built — I sat down with my draftsman Danny and drew, redrew, and redrew it over two years. Every window placement, every hallway, every detail of how that house would live.
That's part of what you're paying for with a custom builder. A home feels right because it was thought through long before the foundation was poured, not figured out on the fly.
A nicer finished home starts with a better plan. 🏡
