One of the things I really value about being a Compass agent is the nationwide network that comes with it!

The leaves may be changing, but the fall market isn't!

September and October can be some of the busiest weeks of the fall market. Buyers who are still looking are serious, and sellers who are preparing to move before the end of the year are already getting started.

There may be fewer homes coming on than we see during the spring and summer, but that doesn’t mean things come to a standstill. Well-priced homes are still getting attention, and timing, pricing, and presentation continue to matter.

If you’ve been waiting for the market to slow down, fall may not be the quiet season you expected!

The annual fair returns to Newton Centre Green and the Langley Road parking lot on October 17–18.
