We've seen everything online. If you know of an off-market property that fits this criteria please DM me! 🙏🏽

On this gloomy Friday I want to reflect back to the beautiful summer days.

Especially the ones I spent on Martha's Vineyard 🥰

What was your favorite part of this summer? 🌞

How did you spend your Saturday?

No surprise but they're saying it's supposed to rain tomorrow 🙃

Happy Let Freedom Read Day 📚 ☺️

I’m going to be real… nobody showed up. 😩🤷🏾‍♀️

I hosted an event because I wanted to bring like-minded people together, create meaningful connections, and build community.

And… yeah. That didn’t happen this time.

It was disappointing, but I’m choosing to see it as a learning experience instead of a reason to quit.

So I need some advice from the professionals who have mastered client events:

What actually gets people to SHOW UP? 👀

Timing? Topic? Location? Food? Personal invites? Something else?

Drop your best tips below because I’m definitely trying this again. 😂👇🏾

Praying that all of the students have a safe and productive school year 🙏🏽

Thank you to everyone that helped make this School supply drive a success 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

How do you, give back to the community that you live or work in?

Almost $600 worth of school supplies donated! 🎊🎉🔥🎒📚

Same price. Three different neighborhoods.

🏡 Country Club: 3 bed, 2 bath, minutes from Pelham Bay Park, already under contract
🏡 Wakefield: 4 bed, 3 bath, a block from Shoelace Park
🏡 Westchester Square: 5 bed, 2 bath, steps from Owen F. Dolan Park

Three neighborhoods. Three very different trade-offs: space vs. location, move-in ready vs. character, park access vs. price per square foot.

If you've been sitting on the sidelines thinking $750K doesn't get you much in this market, this is your reminder that it depends entirely on where you look.

Drop "MARKET" in the comments and I'll send you a breakdown of what your specific budget can get you in the Bronx right now.

Every time I post about Bronx opportunity, the comments look the same:

"200k in renovations." "No parking." "A different crowd is moving in." "Go one block over."

Here's the thing: none of that is wrong. Some blocks need work. Some buildings need real renovation budgets. Change is already happening, and not everyone loves how it's happening.

But here me out: that doesn't change the math! It just means you need someone who'll tell you the truth about which block, which building, and which numbers actually make sense, instead of just posting pretty photos.

If you're serious about buying or investing here, and you want the real numbers, not the highlight reel, comment "BRONX" and I'll send you a list of some Bronx Real Estate Opportunities.

Unfortunately, I will always show you the good in neighborhoods they have counted out!
