A vision coming to life in 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞, 𝐈𝐋.

Parkway Crossing represents a landmark collaboration between Three Leaf Partners and Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, transforming 23.8 acres of underutilized land into a purpose-driven residential community built to make a lasting impact.

The 220-home community will feature 11 two-story, direct-entry buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, complemented by a resort-style pool and cabanas, fitness center, golf simulator, clubhouse, walking trails, playground and expansive green space.

At the heart of the project is a partnership rooted in purpose. Together with Immanuel Lutheran and the Lutheran Church Extension Fund, Parkway Crossing creates a sustainable source of support for Immanuel’s ministry while bringing new housing, recreation and community amenities to City of Crystal Lake, including a new 4.8-acre public park that will be gifted back to the City.
