This week, we hosted Bisnow’s New York Commercial Leasing & Asset Management Conference on the 20th floor of 3 Columbus Circle — bringing together landlords, developers, tenants and brokers for a morning focused on the forces reshaping NYC office and retail: lease terms and pricing, tenant-driven design, and what’s actually converting retail fit-outs into signed leases.
 
Our own Gregg Weisser, Executive Managing Director of Commercial Leasing, joined the panel on retail tenant fit-outs and leasing trends, sharing perspective from Moinian’s portfolio.
