🏡 Congrats to my sellers on closing in Port Richey!

I’m going to sleep pretty well tonight after this one.

These were just really good folks who were ready to move back home and be closer to their son. They had a very tight budget to work with, and it was important that we squeezed everything we could out of what we had and gave them the best shot at walking away with some money in their pocket.

There was a LOT that went into getting this one done.

☑️ Pre-listing repairs on a tight budget with my favorite handyman 🔨
☑️ Incredible listing photos from my go-to photographer 📸
☑️ A great offer from solid buyers
☑️ A buyer’s agent who worked hard right alongside us to keep things moving
☑️ Even a few county issues that took some extra work — and some much-appreciated help from the county to get us through them

This was definitely an “elbow grease” kind of deal. A lot of people worked together, figured things out, and kept pushing in the same direction.

And in the end, we got it done for two people who really needed us to get it done.

They’re headed home to be with their son, they’re leaving with some money in their pocket, and I’ll sleep very well knowing how hard everyone worked to make that happen.
