Meet our Director: Tim Bomgardner

Based out of JCG’s Leon office, Tim Bomgardner brings valuable experience managing transmission projects to his role as Director of Utilities, Transmission. His time as a Project Manager taught him how to balance schedule, scope, and quality under pressure. Combined with his experience mentoring team members as they take on new challenges, Tim is prepared to lead JCG’s transmission team in this next step.

One of Tim’s first priorities is giving his team the structure and expectations they need to succeed. He also looks forward to partnering with both existing and new clients to understand their challenges and tailor JCG’s services to produce meaningful results.

Outside of JCG, Tim could talk about sports for hours. From football strategy, including the RPO and the importance of a fullback, to the best snack logistics when traveling with kids, there is always something to discuss.

Tim’s bucket list is just as sports-focused. He would love to attend Game 7 of a World Series featuring the Royals, a Chiefs Super Bowl, or a Mizzou National Championship game. As Tim puts it, two out of the three may be pipe dreams, but a guy can dream, right?

We’re grateful for the leadership, experience, and commitment Tim brings to JCG Land Services and look forward to all he will accomplish in this role.

Continuing our Project Highlights series with a project in Waukee, Iowa!

Next up, Nathan Wells! As an Acquisition Specialist at JCG Land Services, Nathan has been involved in the Downtown Triangle Improvements project, which focuses on upgrading streets and expanding parking options to accommodate Waukee's growing community.

Through the acquisition of easements, the project will allow additional parking in multiple locations while improving traffic flow and pedestrian access throughout the downtown area.

Why it matters:
As Waukee continues to grow, improvements like these help make downtown more accessible for residents and visitors. Additional parking and improved traffic flow will help support local businesses, community gatherings, and town-wide events.

How JCG helped:
Nathan's work on acquiring the necessary easements helps make these improvements possible, supporting the development of infrastructure that will serve the community for years to come.

Meet our Associate Project Manager: Isaiah Eastridge

Based out of JCG’s Leon office, Isaiah Eastridge enjoys the variety that comes with working in GIS. GIS is about much more than creating a map. From researching raw data to breaking down complex projects, Isaiah enjoys the entire process of turning information into something people can easily visualize and understand.

At JCG, Isaiah enjoys that while the overall process may remain consistent, every project brings its own unique requirements. He enjoys using different tools and turning words on paper into visual maps that provide clarity for his colleagues and ultimately help clients and landowners better understand each project.

Outside of JCG, Isaiah enjoys spending time with his family. Whether they are traveling, attending concerts, watching sports, or spending time at the family farm, he enjoys making the most of their time together.
