If these seven acres were mine, here’s exactly what I’d do with them. 🌲
19879 Farm Road 1043 in Exeter — 7 +/- acres, $200,000.
Most land starts you at zero. You find the right ground, you sign, and then comes the long list: clear a spot, run power, pour a pad, put up something to keep your equipment out of the weather. Months of work and a budget that grows every time somebody gives you a real number.
This isn’t that. There are multiple outbuildings already standing here, each with solar panels — and the solar is owned, not leased. No balance follows you to closing, no lender has to approve a lease assignment in the middle of your contract. Two of those buildings already have wall units for heat and air. There’s a detached carport. Somebody already did the expensive, unglamorous part.
So when I walk it, I don’t see an empty field. I see where things would go. 🛠️
