Another Trash Bash in the books! 🐢🌊🗑️

We LOVE partnering with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center for their Trash Bashes! There’s nothing better than seeing our community come together, roll up their sleeves, and spend a morning taking care of the beautiful beaches we’re lucky enough to call home.

And we definitely put in some work! Lots of plastic, bottle caps, Band-Aids (🤢), a few press-on nails — because apparently those end up on the beach too 😂 — and more than 1,000 cigarette butts were picked up!

A huge thank you to the Conservation Center for everything they do and to everyone who came out and helped. Every little piece picked up makes a difference for our beaches and the wildlife that calls them home.

And of course, a little extra love for our Elite Realty crew! We couldn’t be prouder of our agents for showing up, pitching in, and caring about the community we live and work in. That’s what being local is all about. 💙

This one was EARNED 👏🔑

Big congratulations to Tony Lindberg and his buyer on officially closing on this Shalimar home!

There was plenty of negotiating behind the scenes on this one, and Tony stayed on it because he knew just how much his buyer wanted this house. A little persistence, a lot of advocating, and now… it’s officially theirs.

We love a happy ending with keys involved. Great job, Tony!

It’s Tony’s day! 🎉🎂

Help us wish Tony Lindberg a very Happy Birthday! We hope the contracts can wait, the cake is good, and you get to enjoy every minute of it.

Happy Birthday from your Elite Realty crew! 🥳

Tomorrow is the day! 🐢🌊💚

We’re so excited to partner with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center for this year’s Trash Bash! Giving back to the community and protecting the beautiful place we get to call home is something we truly care about.

Come spend your Saturday morning making a difference with us! We’ll see you at 8 AM! ☀️

🍃 Have you been outside today?

It feels a little bit like FALL out here on Navarre Beach! 🍂

We couldn’t ask for better weather for tomorrow’s Trash Bash! Over the last two weeks, we’ve picked up over 2,000 ci******es. Do you think we’ll find another 1,000 tomorrow?

Thank you to Elite Realty for sponsoring tomorrow’s event! We look forward to seeing everyone at 8 AM!

Another Elite Realty team meeting in the books! 🏡

We spent the morning celebrating wins, talking business, looking ahead to Q4, and making sure our agents are staying informed and ready to better serve their clients in an ever-changing market.

A big thank you to Jamie Goodwin Ussery for joining us and sharing her lending knowledge, market insight, and some great information for our agents. We always appreciate our industry partners who take the time to be a resource for our team!

Good conversations, breakfast, a few celebrations, and plenty of ideas to take back into our businesses. 💙

We love getting our team together to ask questions, collaborate, learn from one another, and stay ahead of what's happening in real estate.
