⚠️ This doesn’t look like much…

But it’s a safety hazard inside the electrical panel.

Open knockouts = exposed areas that shouldn’t be open.

It’s one of those things you’d never notice… until you should have.

But we found a damaged truss during the inspection.

Is it always a huge issue? Not necessarily.
Is it something you want evaluated before closing? Absolutely.

We make inspections one less thing for you to manage.

If you have a buyer under contract, all we need is the address and your buyer’s info… we’ll take it from there.

We coordinate with the listing agent, confirm access and utilities, connect with your buyer so they know what to expect, and handle all inspections in one visit.

After the inspection, we also follow up directly with your buyer to walk through the report, answer questions, and provide clear, calm context so they feel confident, not overwhelmed.

This is today’s backdrop while out there getting the job done. Blue skies, Gulf breeze, and a reminder that not all workdays look the same. 🌊☀️

Richard’s still out there doing his thing...up and down ladders, snapping pics, making notes, and keeping an eye on all the details. The house is massive, so it may be dark before he’s finished. Fingers crossed he catches the sunset before calling it a day. 😉🌅

Now that we have officially started the new year, we want to say a sincere thank you to our community and to everyone who has trusted POMI Services over the years!

Since 2020, we’ve completed nearly 10,000 inspections across the Emerald Coast. Whether you’re a homeowner, buyer, seller, or real estate professional, our goal has always been the same: clear, educational inspections that help people understand a home without unnecessary stress or panic.

As a thank you, we’re bringing back something our clients love.

When a Single Family General Home Inspection is scheduled, clients receive a FREE Wind Mitigation or FREE 4-Point Inspection.

After the inspection, our inspectors take time to walk through the report, answer questions, and explain what truly matters. The purpose is education and clarity, not fear. We want everyone involved to feel confident moving forward.
