If you’ve got 47 Zillow tabs open right now… read this.

I get it. My version is refreshing the MLS more times a day than I’d like to admit.

But here’s the thing—Zillow can show you what’s for sale. It can’t help you **buy it.**

By the time a great house pops up in your feed, every other buyer scrolling Zillow has probably seen it too.

And refreshing Zillow 14 times a day?
That’s not really a strategy. It’s just a very committed hobby. 😂

That’s where having an agent in your corner matters.

I can call the listing agent and get the story before we waste an afternoon on a showing.
