On October 21st & 22nd, less than two weeks before the UAD 3.6 mandate starts, ten software providers will each complete a UAD 3.6 appraisal of the same subject property, start to finish, live on Zoom.

All ten companies will get the subject property address ahead of time so they can test their setup. The UAD 3.6 appraisal itself gets built live, right in front of you. That makes this the easiest way to see how each platform actually handles the new report before you pick a product.

After the demos, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will field a live Q&A, both days.

Sure, you could go out into the wilds of the internet to assemble and assess all this scattered intel on your own. You could attend multiple in-person or live-virtual events over the next few weeks — some free, some not. Or you could stay home and watch 10 apples-to-apples demos in real time, over two days, and decide for yourself what product is best for you, all before Nov. 2nd. You be the judge.
