→ Follow local Facebook groups or other forums for unfiltered insight into what it’s really like to live here.

→ Don’t just look at today’s neighborhood vibe. Ask your agent about development plans, zoning changes, or infrastructure projects that could impact value.

→ Even if you don’t have kids, schools affect resale value and future demand.

→ Visit (or at least research) what the area feels like in different seasons.
