I had an amazing time exploring Vivid Shores in Bonita Springs, and I can see why this new community is getting attention. 🌴

Picture lakefront living with a resort pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, dining, and spaces to gather by the water. The planned amenities are a big part of the vision, but they’re still being built. I was told completion is expected next year, so I’d confirm the current schedule with the builder before making plans around it.

Here’s why I’m watching this community now: I’ve seen new construction pricing change over the past nine months. Buying while a community is still developing may give you a chance to explore homesites and floor plans before more of it is complete. Future prices aren’t guaranteed, though, so the right decision comes down to the home, the terms, and your goals.
