Dear Treviso Bay Owners,

As we prepare for the upcoming season, we encourage all owners to download the SAGE App and complete the enrollment process. If you are already enrolled and using the app, well done!

Completing your enrollment before season will help reduce wait times at the administration desks and ensure you are prepared to use the app.

To support a smooth implementation, we are offering the following assistance:

• Dedicated SAGE Support: Beginning Monday, October 19, Lisa, our concierge, will be available Monday through Friday from 9:00–10:00 a.m. to assist owners with downloading and enrolling in SAGE. This service will continue through March or until most owners have successfully enrolled.

•Individual Appointments: Owners may schedule an in-person or telephone appointment with the administration team Monday through Friday from 9:00–11:00 a.m. Contact administration at 239-302-5738 Ex 116

•Enrollment Reminders: Owners who have not completed enrollment may receive email reminders from our team.

•Step-by-Step Instructions: Please review our Sage How-To Guide for assistance with downloading the app and completing enrollment.

We encourage you to complete the process as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please contact the Administration team so we can help you get started. We will be sending out a step by step video with further instructions in the month of October.

Dear Treviso Bay Owners,

We invite you to attend our first Clubhouse Refresh Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, at 5:00 p.m. The Project Team, Board of Directors, and General Manager will provide an overview of the proposed plans, renderings, project timeline, and funding.

The meeting will be held in person in the Club Room and will also be available via Zoom. The 5:00 p.m. start time was selected to accommodate as many owners as possible and provide everyone with an opportunity to participate.

Owners attending online must submit their questions in advance using the link below. Please note that we will not be able to accept questions through Zoom during the meeting. The deadline to submit online questions will be Tuesday, September 8th at noon.

We look forward to sharing the latest project information with you.

Treviso Bay Clubhouse Refresh Questions - Townhall Meeting.

Dear Owners,

As we continue sharing information about the proposed Clubhouse Refresh Project, we wanted to take a moment to introduce the design professionals who have been guiding this process.

RealFood Hospitality, Strategy & Design (RF DesignStudio) is a nationally recognized hospitality consulting and design firm with nearly 30 years of experience creating exceptional dining and clubhouse environments. Founded by Executive Chef Ed Doyle, the firm began with a focus on designing highly functional commercial kitchens before expanding into full-service hospitality strategy, foodservice planning, and interior design.

Today, RealFood is part of the Troon family and has completed more than 1,200 projects across 43 states, serving private clubs, resorts, hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues throughout the country. Their team of hospitality strategists, designers, architects, and foodservice specialists works collaboratively to create spaces that are not only visually appealing, but also comfortable, functional, durable, and designed to stand the test of time.

As with any design project, we recognize that opinions will vary. Design is inherently personal, and it is perfectly natural for individuals to have different preferences when it comes to colors, finishes, and overall style. Some have described the proposed design as "dated," while others have called it elegant, timeless, and inviting. Taste is subjective, and it is perfectly reasonable for people to have different design preferences.

The responsibility throughout this process has been to engage experienced hospitality professionals and make thoughtful decisions that balance aesthetics, durability, functionality, and long-term value for the entire community. While not every selection will appeal to everyone, each recommendation has been made intentionally as part of a cohesive design vision developed by experienced clubhouse designers. No design project ever receives unanimous approval, and our objective is to create a clubhouse that will serve the entire community for many years to come.

It is also important to remember that the renderings are conceptual illustrations intended to communicate the overall design vision. The finished spaces will include textures, lighting, furnishings, artwork, landscaping, and other details that cannot be fully represented in a digital rendering and will ultimately bring the design to life.

🍣 A hands-on culinary experience was on the menu this weekend! Our Sushi Making Class brought everyone together to learn, create, and enjoy fresh sushi in great company.

Another fantastic w**e event took place this past Saturday in the Wentworth Room! 🍷

Members enjoyed a fun and interactive blind w**e tasting, sampling a selection of w**es and rating their favorites before revealing each bottle’s label. It was a unique twist on our usual w**e programming, and we’re delighted to share that it was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended. Cheers to discovering new favorites!
