Being a service advisor (aka Realtor) can bring so many great moments as well as opportunities to work with amazing people. This latest testament from my customer just made me day as well as such a great acknowledgement that I accomplished my goal, that is to provide my customer what they want and more!
"Listing agent Kathy Smith Kathy was exceptional in every aspect of selling our home. From start to finish, she brought a rare combination of professionalism and genuine care that made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and well-managed. What stood out most was her ability to thoughtfully balance competing needs. We had periods with out-of-town guests, yet there was strong interest from potential buyers wanting to tour the home. Kathy handled these situations with remarkable grace—always respecting our space and schedule while ensuring that no opportunity was missed. Her communication was clear, proactive, and considerate, which gave us complete confidence that everything was being handled in our best interest. Beyond her skill and expertise, Kathy is simply a wonderful person to work with. She is warm, supportive, and deeply committed to her clients. By the end of the process, we didn’t just feel like we had worked with a great realtor—we felt like we had gained a close friend. We would recommend Kathy without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She goes above and beyond in every way. "
