You should never have to wonder whether the advice you receive is shaped entirely around your interests.
That is why I choose not to practice dual agency.
A buyer & seller may share the goal of reaching closing, but they are negotiating for different outcomes.
The buyer wants the strongest purchase terms.
The seller wants the strongest return & most secure path to closing.
When one agent represents both sides, there are limits to the price & terms that agent can recommend to either client.
I believe you deserve representation focused fully on your position.
When I represent you, I represent only YOU.
My advice, strategy & negotiation are built around YOUR goals. When it is time to push, adjust or walk away,
there is never a question about whose interests I am protecting.
Your representation should be undivided.
That’s The Staneart Standard.
