We were previously under contract in Lockport, but we couldn’t come to terms. Turns out, it worked out for the best.

We toured this home in Oak Forest and it was 10x better. The only problem? Multiple offers. Yes, bidding wars are still happening.

We put together a strong offer, I stayed in constant communication with the listing agent, and my lender connected with them as well. It’s not always just about the terms. It's how you present and communicate with that other agent.

This one is what I call the “Grannie Special.” Extremely well maintained with a newer roof, windows and siding, but ready for some updating inside. Pull up the carpet, show off those hardwood floors underneath, redo the kitchen/bathrooms and you'd be amazed how incredible a home would turn out. This all sounds expensive unless you love doing projects yourself

We actually lost this one at first in multiple offers.
But I had a good relationship with the listing agent from previous deals, and believe it or not, that makes a huge difference.

She knew we were ready if anything changed, and when the first deal didn’t work out, my buyer was able to step right in.
