What's Up Freaks?!

Every single day somebody asks me the same question. Not "Josh, how you doing?" It is "Josh, how's the market?" And I tell everybody the same thing: the market is great. It just depends on what you are looking for.

Houses are still selling out here, most of them at about 97% of asking price, and the average time on market is 104 days. On the condo side, there is a bumper crop of inventory, over 11 months of it. The residential side is sitting around five and a half months. This is not some barren wasteland, folks. It is just adult swim only now, and the pretenders are getting out of the pool.

Are you serious? Are you ready? Because we are showing today, and showers are growers. You want to grow your life, you have got to show your life.

What's Up Freaks?!

Last night a room full of my favorite people made gnocchi from scratch, and then we all ate and enjoyed each other's work. The antipasti was already on the counter when we got there.

No pitch, no agenda. Just good food and good people. Clients who became friends, and friends who became like family. I do not take a single one of them for granted.

You shave every morning, 365 days a year, and the one time you take your eye off the ball the razor slips and you look like some man in pantaloons slapped you with a glove and challenged you to a duel. Life challenges us every day. You have to accept it. I have been challenged, I accept, I am mentally challenged. So we are doing this together, because I am going to need some help.

And if you are wondering about the face, no, the cat did not get me and the dog did not get me. I got me.
