Thank you to Conway PD for keeping everyone safe. There is now a bus that will take you to and from the festivities at the former Santee Cooper Power Plant.
🚦 Traffic & Parking | City of Halloween in Downtown Conway this October
Coming to see the City of Halloween? Plan your parking before you arrive and give yourself extra time. Just passing through? We recommend avoiding Main Street and the downtown area when possible.
🕓 Traffic changes
Thursday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM throughout October.
These hours are tentative and may change based on conditions. Congestion will not be limited to these days and times, so expect delays outside this schedule, too.
🚧 Main Street turns
Northbound drivers cannot turn left at Third or Fourth Avenue. Southbound left turns are allowed. Follow the posted signs, road closures and directions from officers.

Access this parking area via Ash Pond Road. Use the highlighted routes and arrows on the parking map to guide you from Highway 501/Church Street and Third Avenue.

Thursday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM in October. Check the parking map for pickup and drop-off locations along Marina Drive.
♿ ADA Designated Parking Lot

First come first serve. ADA spaces that are marked along the street and in other parking lots are available also.
Review both maps before heading downtown. Please leave extra travel time, watch for pedestrians and keep intersections clear. A little planning and patience will help everyone get where they’re going safely.
