✨ SOLD in Surfside Beach! ✨

This closing was an extra special one for me. I had the privilege of helping my client purchase this home, and when the time came to sell, she trusted me once again to help with the next chapter.

There’s something especially meaningful about being able to help a client on both sides of their homeownership journey. I’m incredibly grateful for the continued trust and the opportunity to work together again.

Congratulations to my seller on a successful closing and an exciting new chapter ahead! 🏡❤️
