Meet the Home Team: Charlotte Sarten 🏡⚾️

Charlotte Sarten is a Legal Assistant for Home Team Title and has been serving our Clinton office for four years! She helps keep the office running smoothly and assists with the many details that go into each transaction.

A lifelong resident of Clinton and Hickman County, she enjoys helping clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives and making sure each transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.

When she's not working, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and friends, worshiping at her church, and enjoying the outdoors. She loves gardening, planting flowers, cooking, baking, swimming, and cheering on her favorite basketball teams!

We're so thankful to have Charlotte's experience, attention to detail, and connection to the Hickman County community as part of the Home Team!

Susan Runyon is a Paralegal and Title Examiner for Home Team Title and is part of our Mayfield team! She uses her years of experience and attention to detail to help keep our transactions moving.

Susan has been part of Home Team Title for just over five years and brings years of legal and real estate experience to our team. A Graves County native, she enjoys being part of a great, friendly organization and supporting our team!

When she's not working, Susan enjoys spending time with her family. She is a mom of two, grandmother of five, and great-grandmother of four!

Our first CE & Connections event was a success!

We had so much fun bringing local real estate professionals together for a morning of continuing education, coffee, and networking.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a great morning. We loved getting to connect with local Realtors and support the people who serve our community every day.

This is just the beginning! We’re excited to continue creating opportunities to connect, learn, and support our local real estate community.

Meet the Home Team: Jana Edwards 🏡⚾️

Jana Edwards is the Executive Assistant for Home Team Title! She helps keep everything in order at our Murray office, supporting our team behind the scenes and helping our clients along the way.

Jana graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and has been part of Home Team Title for almost 4 years. What she enjoys most about her job is supporting others in the office so they can do their jobs well and helping our clients throughout the closing process.

Outside of the office, Jana enjoys spending time with her family, going to car shows with her husband, and riding around in their Square Body Chevy!

Tehya Hyte serves as the receptionist at our Murray office and is often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. As a Murray native, she loves making clients and visitors feel right at home from the moment they arrive!

When she’s not welcoming people into the office, Tehya enjoys spending time with her daughter and their dog, Star.
