Every single closing is special and potentially life changing for the buyers and sellers involved, so I get excited about literally every one of them. But I can't help but to be even more excited when I get to help someone buy or sell on Historic East Main Street. These homes represent the deep history of our town and its people. They stand as monuments to our past that still influence the character and charm of our town to this day.
So, I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to sit across the closing table as my clients finalized their purchase of 425 E Main St. today. The new owners are looking very forward to being the next caretakers of this beautiful property and adding their names to the list of families who have called this house their home over the last 177 years.
