🎉 FINALLY CLOSED, and Matt is officially a HOMEOWNER! 🏡🔑

Imagine getting the “clear to close,” getting ready to drive to closing, yes day of, and learning your loan file has been pulled for a random bank-level audit. 😳 A first for me, and certainly an unexpected hurdle for my first-time buyer!There are some things we have no control over and this is one of them , but how we handle the delay is key! 😉👍🏻

But Matt handled it like a champ! He provided the additional documentation, stayed patient, and kept moving forward. One week later, those keys are finally HIS! 🙌

A heartfelt thank-you to the sellers and listing agent , Nancy Bui, for their patience and teamwork. We all hung in there and saw it through together! 💚
