Happy Summer everyone!

02/21/2026

Happy Saturday:

Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Department

** SIGNIFICANT SNOW EVENT THIS SUNDAY INTO MONDAY **

Please keep these items in mind during the next few days:

• Have blankets and flashlights accessible in case there is a power outage.

• Driving during the storm will be hazardous, all-wheel drive/4x4 vehicles do not make you immune from crashing or becoming disabled on the road. If the accumulation amounts are correct, it will be much safer for everyone to stay home until the roads are cleared.

Please be reminded of a few of our Local Ordinances:

• If you usually park on public roads, please plan ahead. Parking is prohibited on snow covered public streets. If your vehicle is parked on the street, it can be ticketed and towed. L.O. 405-10

• Sidewalks and handicapped parking spots, along with the area around fire hydrants on your property must be cleared of snow and ice within 24 hours of the storm stopping. L.O. 346-1

• Accumulated snow and/or ice on your vehicle must be removed prior to driving. If you fail to do so, the fine ranges from $500 to $1,500, per violation.

Storms can be unpredictable causing snow totals to be higher or lower. Please follow the local weather stations or U.S. National Weather Service (NWS) for updated storm totals.

The 2026 Trend Report just launched, and the data shows a significant movement of capital. Gen X and Millennials are projected to inherit $2.4 trillion in U.S. property over the next 10 years. This represents a complete evolution of the luxury playbook.

Buyers are moving away from quiet luxury and toward Nest Investing. This means high net worth individuals are prioritizing homes as stable assets that offer more utility than traditional luxury goods. Our report details the emerging global hotspots and the rising demand for modern estates over 4,000 square feet.

Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Building More Than Homes
Today, we pause to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. a leader whose vision extended far beyond his time and continues to guide us today. Dr. King believed in fairness, opportunity, and the power of strong communities built on respect and compassion.
In real estate, we don’t just help people buy or sell houses we help them find places where life happens, families grow, and futures are built. Homeownership has long been a cornerstone of stability, dignity, and opportunity, and Dr. King’s work reminds us that access to these opportunities should be rooted in equality and inclusion for all.
As we reflect today, let us recommit ourselves to serving our communities with integrity, empathy, and purpose. Whether it’s guiding a first-time buyer, helping a family transition to their next chapter, or investing in the neighborhoods we serve, every step we take can help strengthen the fabric of our communities.
May we continue to build not only homes, but hope one neighborhood, one family, and one dream at a time.
“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
