If building a wall on an existing porch, please make sure it is secured at the base. This is not good! ❌🏠

When framing and corner trim are left completely unsecured and floating off the foundation line, it opens the door to major long-term trouble:
-Severe moisture infiltration and wood rot 🌧️
-Structural shifting during seasonal freezes ❄️
-Easy entry points for destructive local pests 🐜

This is a prime example of why recent structural renovations and flips always need a professional, independent eye. We check the foundational connections most people gloss over. 🛠️

It's easy to fall in love with fresh paint, modern countertops, and beautiful staging...but the most expensive parts of a house are hidden right out of plain sight. 💸❌

When touring a home in the 417 area code, don't forget to look at the bones:
• The overall safety of the manner of which furnaces and water heaters are installed💧
• Hidden electrical safety hazards, including in your main electrical panel ⚡
• The overall condition of the attic space as it relates to ventilation and insulation
