Effective immediately, Waller Properties will begin conducting routine home inspections throughout ALL rental properties.

This is a reminder that ALL PETS must be reported to the office, the required PET DEPOSIT must be paid, and all required pet documentation must be on file.

If an unauthorized pet is found during an inspection, or if the required PET DEPOSIT and documentation have not been completed, it will be considered a LEASE VIOLATION. Lease violations may result in immediate eviction proceedings in accordance with the terms of your lease.
