This one wasn’t just about selling a house.
It was about a daughter carrying the weight of saying goodbye to the home where she grew up while also stepping into a brand-new season of life as a first-time mom AND being the primary care taker of her mother.
Two weeks before closing, she welcomed her baby into the world. At the same time, she was navigating one of the hardest chapters a family can face—making difficult decisions for her mom’s health and future, all while living hours away.
There were unexpected obstacles, countless phone calls, paperwork that never seemed to end, and moments when it felt like the finish line kept moving. But together, we kept putting one foot in front of the other.
Closing day wasn’t just the end of a transaction. It meant this family now has the financial resources to provide the care, comfort, and support her mom deserves in the years ahead.
People often think real estate is about bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
It’s not.
It’s about people. It’s about seasons of life. It’s about helping families move through some of their highest highs and their deepest heartbreaks with someone in their corner.
I’m incredibly grateful this family trusted me to help carry a small piece of that burden. ❤️
