And that’s how it’s done people! Praise GOD for such a miraculous transaction for all parties involved! My sellers are now able to transition to their next season with PEACE! We procured a CASH offer and NO contingencies for the PERFECT buyers! It was so worth the wait to see this come to fruition! I may not post consistently but one thing Eric and I are going to do is WORK consistently. WE MADE THE KW MONTGOMERY TOP 20% Agent List 💛. How fun is it that I get to treat my littles to some Very Berry Gluten Free Pancakes today to celebrate with our brokerage. 🥞I appreciate every client that has trusted me to advocate for their needs in their transaction. This work is generational and oh so meaningful.
