Today, I get to celebrate an incredible milestone for my client -he is officially a first-time homeowner! 🥂🏡
From the very beginning, he knew exactly what he envisioned for his future home—a place with space, a large backyard, and room to grow.
This home checked all the boxes, offering a huge lot just shy of an acre, plenty of space to create new memories, and even a bonus studio with endless possibilities.
When he reached out to me, we didn’t waste any time. Cecilia, my amazing loan officer, and I worked together.
In 16 days, we were able to deliver his keys. Not only that, I was able to negotiate nearly $30k in seller credits, which he was able to use toward his down payment. And the best part? He came to closing with $0 out of pocket! 🤩
