SOLD: +-30k SF Single Tenant ABC Supply Investment | Robertsdale, AL

We helped on all phases of this one. Leased it, then sold the lease. A 12+ month process from dirt to completion of the building and you finally get to see it all come together.

Special thanks Jason Callaway who worked with us on marketing and selling the asset and also was instrumental in all phases of the construction process and worked with us to close the deal for the seller.
