Congratulations to my sellers on a job WELL done!

They took this Craftsman bungalow and truly brought it back to life… beautiful hardwood floors, a brand-new kitchen, new roof, new windows, and that big welcoming front porch. The finished product was pretty darn perfect.

So much hard work went into this one, and it showed. I’m incredibly thankful for their trust and proud of what they accomplished… not only with this investment, but by making a little corner of Milford just a bit brighter. ✨

This one was so much more than just selling a house. There were years of memories here…so many happy moments, along with some hard but necessary steps toward closing this chapter and moving forward.

More space for the grandkids, a BIG finished basement, a huge yard, and even a workshop for the hubby… who didn’t even know he wanted one until he saw it.

We definitely hit a few bumps along the way, but sometimes what’s meant to be just has a way of working itself out.
