A new chapter for early learning has officially begun at Greenleigh! Young Horizons-White Marsh celebrated the grand opening of its first franchise location with a ribbon-cutting alongside local leaders, community partners, and guests.

Located at our Greenleigh mixed-use community in Middle River, Maryland, the new school is owned and operated by franchise owners Hritik and Rajni Bhagat.

Young Horizons School blends a strong STEM curriculum with Montessori-inspired teaching to deliver a premium, accessible early childhood education experience. Headquartered in Elkridge, Maryland, YHS holds a Maryland EXCELS Level 5 rating, the highest quality rating awarded through the state’s early childhood quality rating system.

Congratulations to Bajeko Sekuwa Baltimore on their new location at Greenleigh!

Last Friday, Bajeko Sekuwa rolled out the red carpet for a special ribbon-cutting celebration, welcoming new faces, community members, and local officials to their newest location.

With a culinary legacy spanning four decades, Bajeko Sekuwa’s story began with founder, the late Dinanath Bhandari, whose passion for sekuwa—traditional Nepali barbecue, grew from a humble BBQ stall into a beloved family restaurant.

Bill, DJ, Mark, Hana, Charlie, Troy, Josh, and Madison from our in-house Leasing, Interior Construction, Property Management, Maintenance, and Marketing teams helped welcome them to their new space.
