Iā€™m quitting real estate

New chapter, new energy.

Pilates is so different to any other sport activities that Iā€™ve done.

The concept is opposite to what youā€™d expect: the slower you go - the better
to keep balance you have to have extreme focus.
Similarly in life:
It is all about balance. To keep balance is to keep moving forward.
Focus on your goals as everything else is a distraction
and lastly slow down and enjoy yourself.
